Tally Ledger Group hindi क्या है एवं टैली में 28+ group कैसे तैयार करे.

Tally Ledger Group Hindi में खातो का समूह कहा जाता है जैसे की आपको नाम से समझ आ रहा की टैली ledger group विभिन्न प्रकार के खातो का एक समहू जिसमे खातो को एक नाम के अनुसार पहचान और कार्य स्वाभाव के अनुसार कार्य करने के लिए क्रिएट किया जाता है.

उदहारण के लिए अगर हम sales account बना रहे है तो टैली को बताना होगा की जो account हम बनाये है वो sales account है इसलिए ledger क्रिएट करते समय हम ledger group में Sales Account करेंगे जिससे टैली को यह पता चलेगा की यह sales account है.

खातो / ledger का समूह है जिसके द्वारा टैली हमारे बनाये हुए खाता / account को identify करता है जिससे वे लेनदेन को समझ कर हमें परिणाम देता है.

Tally Ledger Group hindi ERP 9 Notes

यह एक महत्वपूर्ण fact है जिसके माध्यम से टैली लेनदेनो को समझता है, जैसे – SMS charge account यह एक प्रकार का expense है जिसे हमें टैली को बताना पड़ता है की यह indirect expense है इसलिए टैली में group तैयार किया गया है जिससे टैली हमारे लेनदेन को पहचान सके और हमें सही परिणाम देगा.

अगर हम SMS charge account को indirect expense के बदले indirect income group में डालेंगे तो टैली इसे income के रूप में लेगा. इसलिए टैली में group को सही डालना बहुत आवश्यक है.

Tally में पूर्व में बने हुए group –

टैली में पहले से बने हुए 28 प्रकार के List of Groups होते हैं इसके माध्यम से अपने अकाउंटिंग सॉफ्टवेयर टैली में Account को Create कर सकते.
